The Gently Aging PAUSE™ Program provides family caregivers the freedom to take a much-needed break from caring for their loved one while having the peace of mind that they are safe and supported while they are away.

What the PAUSE™ Program Includes
- Flexible 10 and 20 hour packages used over a 90-day period.
- No recurring weekly schedule or long-term commitment.
- A 2-hour minimum visit accommodates quick trips or outings without paying for more time than you need.
- Flexible scheduling with just 48 hours advance notice to plan a break when you need one.
- Initial in-home assessment to meet the client and family and develop an individualized care plan.
- Home safety assessment to identify any potential hazards for your loved one.
- Family caregiver education and training to provide greater confidence in caring for your loved one.
