At Gently Aging Home Care, we believe that meaningful relationships are at the heart of everything we do. Last week, we had the opportunity to participate in the Guilford Employee Benefits Fair, and it was a wonderful day spent connecting with the dedicated town employees who help make our community stronger every day.

Throughout the event, our team enjoyed meeting employees from a variety of departments, sharing information about our home care services, and discussing how compassionate in-home support can help older adults continue living safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. Providing personalized, relationship-based care is at the core of what we do, and it was a privilege to introduce our services to so many people who may one day need guidance for themselves or a loved one.

At our booth, we had a raffle prize drawing and giveaways, but the star of the show was being able to have time to connect with attendees We spoke with employees who are currently helping aging parents navigate care decisions, as well as those planning ahead for the future. These conversations remind us why education and community outreach are so important.

We are grateful to the Town of Guilford for hosting such a well-organized event and for creating an opportunity for local businesses and organizations to engage with town employees in a meaningful way.
