Our Mission
As the Director of Client & Caregiver Services, Jennifer Rodriguez brings more than 20 years of experience in the home care industry, with deep expertise in caregiver support, scheduling, compliance, and client services. She works closely with families and caregivers to ensure care is delivered with consistency, compassion, and professionalism.
At Gently Aging Home Care, Jennifer plays a key role in guiding families through the care process, supporting caregivers in their work, and ensuring services are delivered reliably and in alignment with each client’s needs. Fluent is English and Spanish, she is known for her calm, thoughtful approach and her commitment to building trusting relationships where families feel confident their loved ones are in capable, compassionate hands.
